Happy CNY and Valentine's Day!

I have been very busy these few weeks.
And ya, I'm not going to college this semester.
Time passes too fast. I'm scared.

It's 2010 already.
I'm actually relieved that I didn't go to college this semester.
Oh well, lets don't talk about this.

It's Chinese New Year!! And, Valentine's Day.
I don't have the CNY feeling at all. I wonder why.
I felt homesick. I feel like going back to Malaysia.

This few days I kept reviewing back things happened in 2009.
Time passes too fast.
Experience at Syncoates, SPM result, came to New York, work in the campaign
and the list goes on.
All of this seems like it just happened.
May 2009 i came to New York with nothing but a heavy heart and a sad face.
after 2 weeks of enduring the homesick feelings and boredom,
I went to a place called Yen Chou Campaign office to work.
I start with being a petitioner. It's a great experience although it's tiring due to too much of walking.
After a week, I work in the office. I go to Board of Elections everyday.
Goes to work early and back at late night.
Weird to say, I'm not tired at all. My main purpose during that period is to get Ms.Chou elected no matter what.
Since then, campaign office is my second home and also my life.
We worked very hard for the primary election. It ws competitive.
Our time, energy paid off when Ms.Chou won the primary election.
At that moment, I felt that kind of happiness is priceless.
And then the general election.
It seems easy but, unfortunately Ms.Chou did not won.
It was heartbreaking and I felt very disappointed.
For a while, I can't accept the fact.

Finally Baruch College accepted me.
I was so happy. Everyone said it was a miracle.

But then, for some reason, i'm not going for this semester.
It wasn't that bad tho.
What Hank said was right. I agreed.

During this period, I learnt alot in life and about human relation.
Money speaks louder than words.
I got to agree with this.

This experience i gained, it's priceless.
I appreciate it and thank you! ♥
